Is it possible to link Bluetooth audio without the microphone?

I have a Samsung S9 Plus which I utilize inside of my 2019 Volkswagen GTI to listen to music and make calls. However, something is wrong with the connection between the two because I can hear audio on a phone call but I cannot transmit audio to the caller. They cannot hear me unless I take the phone off of Bluetooth and utilize the speaker setting. I've done a lot of digging into what the culprit is on this with very little answers, and I've never had this problem with my phone inside of other cars or with my Bluetooth headphones. Until I can fix the car, I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to set up a Bluetooth connection where the audio will continue to come via Bluetooth through my car's stereo but the microphone function is left to the stock microphone on the phone itself, rather than the car internal microphone.

If it's common to more than one Bluetooth device, it's the Bluetooth radio, which means a motherboard replacement. But the only way to turn the mic off when the phone is connected to the car audio is to enable Media, but disable Phone, in the Bluetooth connection (if the phone will allow you to).
