Is it possible to retrieve data from damaged motherboard

[AC Question]

Would it be possible to retrieve data on a lost motherboard . As I'm presuming the memory chip on the motherboard isn't damaged . It did over heat as another component did get damaged and slightly dented (as 10kg fell on my phone)

Welcome to AC forums. It's doubtful that you could retrieve data without going to extremes.
