For some reason, I only seem to be able to USB tether my PC to my S4 for Mobile Data. It disables my WiFI so I can't USB tether for WiFI.
There are times this would be very useful to me. My phone gets better WiFI reception than my PC when the signal is weak. Phone WiFI is sometimes cheaper than PC WiFI (e.g. on a plane). I've seen people do this with the Nexus. Did Verizon break this standard Android function for us somehow?
I should mention I need this to work for Linux, not Windows.
