IIRC I paid $799 for the Note 4 and IMO this whole $200 trade-in is just some marketing BS by Samsung.
I for one don't believe they're really going to give you $200 for a broken old POS phone, some even traded flips. This is what I got for my Samsung Galaxy S2X.
The way I see it Note 7 technically went up only $50. LOL
Again it's just too bad I missed out of the pre-order bonus.
Yes IMO it's worth the price increased.
