Is it safe to delete albe95 astra n5 port 1-0 even with my s4 rooted and Twrp installed

I am not having enough internal storage space. Is it safe to delete the albe95 Astra N5 port 1-0 in my rooted with twrp custom recovery samsung s4?

I uninstalled the odin app and twrp app already. I do not have a computer so i opt for the app version. I am not sure whether the (Albe95 Astra N5 port 1-0) is installed because i could not open the downloaded file. In the miscellaneous files, i did not dare to delete any, in fear that it has anything to do with my root and custom recovery since it might bricked my s4 and i do not have backup samsung s4 original rom.
