Is it safe to force stop DiagMon App on Samsung Galaxy J3?

[AC Question]

The icon for this suddenly appeared at the top of my phone 2 days ago and is in my pull down menu as well. I want it gone. When I try force stop it a message appears that says "if you force stop an app it may cause errors" What kind of errors? Has anyone else had to deal with this? I just want to be sure it's safe to stop it or even better get rid of it if possible.
