I have noticed that the iphone 6s is pretty damn fast thanks to that nvme ssd that it has, and it doesn't slow down after a while like other eMMC ssds do... those things are crap!

Of course it's still worth it. It's the best Android phone on the market. F Samsung!

I sold my 2015 Moto X Pure to buy a 6p and it was the best move I ever made.
Wow. I have been debating between the two phones. I like the fact that the Moto X Pure isn't so big. What makes the 6p the better phone for you?

The iPhone 6s is slow as balls compared to the Nexus. I feel like I'm watching animations in slow motion when I'm using it because it's so graphically showy. I'm very happy with my 6p

It's absolutely still worth it. Arguably the best phone available right now if you enjoy a stock Android experience.

It's absolutely still worth getting, super fast, great screen, great camera, excellent build quality, fluid, no bloat and timely updates. Oh and my N6P is just as fast as day 1 if not faster!

I tried both at the same time. Moto was better at earphone sound quality, the 6p sucks. But the moto x pure was just strange I couldn't get along with it.

The 6P is ok but I have the Note 5 & that beats the 6p in all but updates & speakers.

The best phone on the market for you. The 6P lacks so much for me and so does the inferior Moto X Pure. For that reason, I bought a Note 5 and iPhone 6s Plus and couldn't be happier. If stock is what your looking for, then yeah jump. But IMO, stock is the worst part of Android. So boring and lacks features that even now Google is waking up and adding features that Samsung has had. In terms of functionality and features stock isn't enough.

If you dig lagginess, the other phones are great. LG, Samsung, HTC, they all have great lag and stutter. I've gone through them all looking for an Android phone that won't lag. It's not the phone's fault. It's the carrier bloatware that gets added. So I shouldn't have blamed Samsung. I should be blaming Verizon, because it's Verizon's fault. That's why the Nexus line is the best IMO is because I hate lag and all Verizon carrier phones lag because of the bloat.

Funny thing is, I carry an iPhone 6S Plus and a Nexus 5X.

I would love to hear what Google is copying off Samsung? The point of stock is you add what you want it's freedom from all the garbage added by companies.

Look, of course the Nexus 6P is worth getting. it feels amazing in your hand, I don't know whether others have felt this, but it is just that right weight so it connects to me. Better specs than the iPhone, stock Android, a beast of a battery. What more do you need? Plus, it gets updates directly from Google, so it will always be up to date. Additionally, you get the Project Fi carrier with it, which is the best carrier out there. I really don't know what makes the iPhone even a contender.

Replaced my G4 with Nexus 6p best decision i have ever made. Phone is fantastic brilliant to use

Different phones are for different people. I understand why some use iPhone - I even bounce back and forth. It all depends on a person's personal preference in device.

As far as companies copying off of others, of course that is going to happen. Apple does it, Google does it, Samsung does it....everyone does it. In fact, many times this is a good thing.
