Is it time to get a new phone? Or can you tell me something I can do to fix it?

So this is my second year of having my Note 4. Now it won't even turn on unless I plug it in and the battery is very bad. It also constantly goes into a reboot loop. I've tried the major reset ( volume down while pressing the power button) and I've tried a lot but my phone is getting worse by the week! Is there something I can try or am I just going to have get a new phone?
