Is it too late to get a Rezound?

Coming from a Thunderbolt, I want something new but want to stay with HTC. I liked the Rezound since it came out but my only option at getting it was paying full price.

Think.I should go for the Rezound or wait a little bit to see if anything else from HTC/Verizon is coming out?

I'm in the same boat. We may have to wait to see what the Incredible 3 includes. If the camera is as good, includes sense 4.x, snapdragon 4, but just the display is not as good than the rezound...then I'm buying that instead. You'd have to think the battery life would be better too. April 26-28 should be when the press info is released.

I would love another Htc but I won't buy one unless they step up in the battery dept

I don't get the battery complaints because of the tbolt battery issues. I would put my Rezound battery stats up against my bionic, Razr Maxx, GNex any day stock of course.

I also have seen tweets from different sites stating hTC 2nd to apple in battery efficiency.

As far as buying the Rezound if you have patience wait a month. I feel something coming. If not you can't lose with the Rezound. Best all around cell phone on Verizon! ICS coming soooon!

Yeah the wait is killing me. Daily addiction to news and forum posts is wearing on me too.

Problem is getting a new phone doesn't help the addiction! lol. Also about the Inc 3. If it has the S4 in it I'm shocked about the qhd screen rez they will be using. Plus 4 in. screen is to small since I haven't had anything smaller than 4.3 for more than a year.

I bought a rezound back in November for $ 50 on upgrade, and am happy with it. It isn't perfect, but has a very solid radio, way better than my thunderbolt, doesn't have random restart and shut down like my thunderbolt. Data connection drops less frequently than my thunderbolt and reconnects quicker. And the HD screen is noticeably sharper than the thunderbolt wvga. Those facts alone made it worthwhile for me to upgrade. I should also say that I am in an area of weak signal a lot.

I also was able to use my 2 extended batteries from my thunderbolt on my Rezound, but you will need an extended battery back for the rezound.

With that said, if you want the fastest phone, with the newest specs, then i am assuming quad cores are coming...

I bought mine out of contract on ebay and so i would not use my upgrade and I absolutely love it. I also invested in a Mugen 1900mAh battery which works quite well to compliment my standard battery.
