Is it worth buying branded external battery chargers?

Hi guys I have a HTC One M7 and am looking to buy a external battery charger. I wont use it often but I will use it in emergency situations and if I am out all day I will need it like when I go on holiday at the end of July.

I am looking at buying a sub 4 pound one from ebay (2600 Mah)
I will buy 2-3 because they are cheep

I could get this:
Anker Astro Mini 3000mAh Ultra-Compact Portable Charger Lipstick-Sized External Battery Power Bank
Which is fourteen pounds which I think is very expensive.

I will only buy one if I choose the Anker and I don't care at all about the extra mAH in the Anker one.

Will a cheapo one be good enough for me? I will buy 2-3 of them so I can have 1 for someone else 1 for me and one spare in case one breaks. Do they break in days?

Look out for the specifications they can make your touch screen unresponsive while charging. I would go with a branded one if i were you
