Is marking a contact as a company possible in Android 6.0.1?

I used to do this easily on iOS, and it would remove fields which don't apply for companies, such as date of birth.

It's kind of stupid that the default photo (the photo shown when no photo has been assigned) is a silhouette of a person instead of a building.
