Is MX player compatible with Chromecast?

is mx player compatable with chromecast

i was streaming from show box with no trouble then it said i have to down load mx player and any film that requires mx will not cast i have got both local cast and all cast but am unable to watch the film on the tv

MX player is not compatible with chromecast but what you can do is go into chrome cast app and cast screen everything on your phone screen will be cast to your tv...

Use ES File Explorer File Manager with ES Chromecast Plugin.

Have only tried it with MP4 files does a great job. the only other option that i have luck with is a micro usb android to HDMI cable.

Yes you can use mx player with chrome cast with all cast also installed. When show starts playing in mx player hit the three dots in the top right corner...go to tools...then hit share...and scroll side to side and find allcast...then it should show your chrome cast as an option. Click it and there yah go.
