Is my battery life abnormal?

So being back at work today I found that turning off 4G has given me an extra 10-15% of battery by the time I exit the building. Which is nice, but it isn't the big jump I was hoping for.

So I'm basically getting an average of 3 hours of screen on time using 40-60% brightness and turning off 4G while inside my work building.

Are they majority of you getting better numbers than this? How can I be sure if my battery life is average for my area, or if there's something wrong with my phone?

How is your phone faring for you now? Have you had any more drainage? As other posters have said, being in low-signal areas can drain your battery.

My battery life was disappointing for the first week. I thought it was the V10 all over again because 4 hours into my day I was already down to 50%. No battery hogs, it was consistent across all apps. Then magically, things just started working better. My assumption is it's Nougat's doze implementation normalizing things after I finally got done installing everything. I was downloading 2-3 apps a day for the first week. Now I'm getting 11-13 hours depending on what I'm doing that day, with around 5 hours SOT.

Same here. After a week, battery life improved. I get about 6 hours screen on time. I'm using ForceDoze and Greenify.

How is your phone faring for you now? Have you had any more drainage? As other posters have said, being in low-signal areas can drain your battery.

I haven't checked my battery usage before charging back up ever since before thanksgiving break, I'll check it again tomorrow (right now I'm about to go to bed and I'm at 97%, so we'll see)

How do I know if I'm in a low signal area?
