Is my boyfriend cheating on me? What does this void and heart shaped notification mean? Please help!

There are 2 blue heart notification icons on his screen and later a red cloud looking one appeared. Any idea what these mean? Please help !

Red Cloud could be a few things, might be for Adobe Creative Cloud or Verizon Cloud.

The blue heart sounds like Plenty of Fish, but can't say for sure without seeing it.

So amongst the 1 million + apps in the Play shop, only one uses a blue heart notification? That seems unlikely. I advise the OP not to jump to conclusions.
