Is my phone broken? Small amount of mouthwash fell on the screen

This morning i had my phone on the washing basket, in the bathroom, i had just finished with the mouthwash and was putting the cap back on when it slipped, and a small amount of the mouth wash went on my phones screen. I quickly wiped it off, and my phone continued to work, thinking i had saved it i continued to use it. However about 3 hours later, my screen started going dull and then it just switched off and wont switch back on...

What can i do?
Have a done more damage by leaving it on?

Well, if that mouth wash remains outside the screen than I don't think that there's much problem but in your case it looks like that it has somehow got inside the device display I would say better would be to walk out over to the support to safeguard it from further problems.

Now thats a hard core way to clean your phone but im not sure what mouth wash is? is it like toothpaste? and did it go in between a crack like the home button or port? and is it mouth wash liquid or "solid" like toothpaste?

Hi there, it was the liquid mouthwash and it seemed to fall all over the screen, but it was near the top by the speaker.

haha i know right! Mouth wash is a liquid, which you rinse your mouth with! i think it may have gotten in, near the top speaker.
