Is OMA Provisioning Client Message safe? (Motorola Moto G9 Play)

[Android Central Question]

Hi all,

I just turned on my new Moto G9 Play and I received an SMS by "Info" telling me that I was going to receive a notification to update the network settings or something similar. After that I received a notification by OMA CP.
The phone was doing different updates and I accepted without thinking too much. But now I'm worried that it was not safe.
Was it safe? What should I do now?

Yeah should be ok , its anytime a new device gets connected to a mobile operator network to configure settings.
