The only difference I see is that the US version doesn't include Band 32 (1500MHz), which is strictly an experimental downlink frequency in Europe at this time and the global version doesn't include Bands 14(700), 18(800), 19(800), 29(700), 30(2300), 46(5200), 48(3600 - strictly CBRS*). If the carriers you're going to use don't use the missing bands in the area you're going to be in, it doesn't matter.
*I don't know why it's included - it's for short-range personal comminications, like WiFi.
