Is Qik working?

Hasta anyone successfully used Qik on the EVO 3D? It keeps saying that the other person (also with the 3D) isn't a Qik user and vice versa when he tries to chat with me.

I've used it a few times. Volume quality seems really low and poor. I like Skype much better.

My wife and I use Qik, Skype and Tango...all with no issues.

Pretty sure just having it in your phone is not enough, you must sign up with qik. I could be wrong but that's what I did. Told a few of my friends to do it also And then i could video call them.
