Is S2 still available?

Hello everyone. I have a Sprint S2 and need to swap it out. It loses its 4G connectivity(Sleeps) and won't come back up unless I turn 4G off and back on again. Does anyone know if the S2 is still available or do they swap it out for something different? Thanks for the help.

That would really depend on if they have any refurbs in stock or not. If not, they'll let you know what your options are.

They would probably only have refurbished S2 or/and used S2 (which I doubt so).

Are you on the most recent software update, Jellybean? If not, you should update to that (via Kies) and update profile and prl. See if that helps; otherwise, Sprint should be able to replace your device with a refurubished one if its still in stock.

Sprint is still handing them out for upgrades for free, so I say they're definitely available.

I don't know but Samsung does not make the s2 anymore I think as of now but I don't think they would give anyone a free phone

On contract phones that have been out a while are sometimes offered at no cost. It's a big incentive to get people into the smart phone market.
