is Samsung Note 3 n9005 4G capable?

Hello. This seems like a wonderful forum so thought of posting my query. I am buying a Samsung Note 3 from ebay and the description by the seller says "Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Black N9005 (FACTORY UNLOCKED) 5.7'' FULL HD 32GB 3GB RAM" . When I further read the detailed specs it says -

Features: 3G Data Capable, Internet Browser, Wi-Fi Capable, Touchscreen, Music Player, Bluetooth Enabled, Speakerphone Cellular Band:GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 (Quadband) HSPA+ 850/900/1900/2100 LTE 800/850/900/1800/2100/2600. I am a bit worried since the feature says 3G data capable but doesn't say 4G data capable. However, the Band does talk about LTE. I am not sure if the phone this dealer is selling a legitimate phone because from what I understood all note 3 N9005 models are 4G capable. I do not want to end up something which has a limitation or hidden conditions. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You need to make sure you get the Snapdragon variant. The octocore varient doesn't support 4G.
