I got my extended battery today and it fits with the original battery back and in my seidio case just fine. Depending on how long it last, I may keep it and get a charger.

is this the hard seido case that's a snap on?

yeah out of stock.
Do you guys want me to ask around and pick them up and you just pay me via paypal plus shipping if I can get them?

If anyone is in Central Florida then the store in Lakeland has one left. That is where I got mine today.

Is the charger sold separately from the standard battery?

Well worth it half off. Maybe worthgetting two. Ive been getting around 14 hrs with mod use. Adds hardly any size, and tho its alittle heavier its still a thousand times lighter than my bolt was.

To those of you that are carrying a spare battery in your pocket - are you using any kind of a case to cover the battery to avoid shorting out the terminals?

Thanks for the recommendation. It looks like that would work, but I wonder if something smaller is available?

Smaller? You do realize this adds almost NO bulk right? As in unless you look very closely or look at two phones side by side you likely wont even see it, and it wont effect the functionality of most if not all accessories/cases.

Anyway, it is possible that Sedio or someone may make an extended life the same size as the stock battery but given how few accessories we have seen for the phone so far I would not hold my breath. The phone is a Niche and carriers and accessory makers know it.

Sorry for the confusion, but I am wondering about a case that is just for a spare battery, not the whole phone. If I'm carrying a spare battery in my pocket, I would feel better if I had some kind of case that isn't too bulky to put it in, so I don't have to worry about shorting out the terminals.

It looks like Seidio just put up a "coming soon" placeholder on its website for a 3100 mah battery. I'm ok with the performance of the stock and 2150 mah batteries, and the slim extended batteries I got from Seidio for my Thunderbolt were garbage, but a 3100 battery could power this thing for days. So long as the NFC capabilities aren't compromised, it may work for some people.

Whoops I probably should have read it clearer. I know what you mean though. I'm ghetto and just pit the batteries on a ziplock bag in my oat pocket at work lol.

Ah, I see. It's not as large as I thought. That ought to work just fine for me.

Thanks, Buddy!
