Is the AT&T Moto X (2014) unlocked for overseas SIM card for international travel

Is MOTOX ATT unlocked for international carriers while traveling internationall. I am coming from Verizon and It was unlocked out of the box

They are normally locked if you buy it under contract from ATT. If you buy it outright you can have ATT unlocked it for you. Verizon does not lock their phones anymore but unfortunately ATT does.

As far as I know, it's SIM locked to AT&T.

Many (if not all) of Verizon's LTE-capable smartphones are SIM-unlocked, likely due to agreements with the 700 MHz auction.

thanks. What are my chances for them to unlock my phone as I am traveling international? I only started my contract in September and moved from Vz
