Is the Droid Turbo 3 coming out or was the Z Force Motorola's phone this year ?

I've always loved Motorola phones and I'm ready to upgrade. However, looking online, I see OLD articles talking about the Droid Turbo 3 supposedly coming out this year, mainly in October, but they're mainly older articles.

I guess my question is, does anyone know if the Turbo 3 is coming OR was all that talk just rumors and Motorola put out the Z Force instead ?? I'd really hate to jump now and kick myself later if the Turbo 3 does show this year still.
