Is the Droid X capped like the Evo?

I know the phone has not been released but from watching hands on videos can anyone tell whether this phone is running at higher than 30fps? The reason I ask is because the Evo was caped to run at 30fps and HTC is saying it was necessary because of the HDMI output.

Im brand new to android but the motorola site for the droid x says its 30fps not sure if that meams its capped or what but if your switcing carriers for something that minor then your never gonna be happy

Where are you seeing this spec listed? Link? My guess is that it's related to the video recording.

Also, the 30fps cap isn't a minor issue to many people (including myself). It makes the UI choppy and games run like crap.

Notice that the 30FPS listed on that page is only under the Video recording section, not under a cap for the actual FPS for the screen itself or the GPU. And as stated they did the benchmark where it shows the 60ish FPS that it does.
