Is the Nexus 6 still worth?

Today a leak image showed the upcoming Nexus 5 X specs. Let me tell that it didn't blow me away.
2GB RAM and 5.2" screen is good but not excellent. That's why I could buy a Nexus 6 as soon as the new models arrive. I would like to know if the Nexus 6 camera can take good shots (at least better than my Nexus 5) and how does the battery perform during a normal day (email, some videos, social network and some games).
That's what I need. Thank you!

There are a lot of issues with those leaked specs, I wouldn't fully buy into that unless Google gives those.

The Nexus 6 camera is MUCH better than the Nexus 5. You may like the N5 screen better. Battery life is a noticeable improvement. I take it you are not interested in the Nexus 6P?

Huawei doesn't drive me crazy...

Another good device that I would put solidly in the Nexus 6 league, if not above it, is the Moto X Pure Edition or Moto X Style. Slightly smaller, very similar design - I currently dual wield the Nexus 6 & Moto X Pure Edition.

Unfortunately they are not available in Italy...

You have the Play instead? That may be even better! Huge battery, same software & camera - a great package overall.

Is the Nexus 6 on huge sale there? It is approximately 50% off in the US.

Battery: 6 is much better. I had to sweat it out if I had to use it for 3 hours between charges. And on vacations/day trips, I played power games with things like Airplane Mode to make it through the day. On the 6, I'm over an hour passed that mark and I no longer concern myself with getting through a day. If I just turn and burn on it, I can get over 6 hours of straight use.

Screen... well, I prefer the 6's screen. Yes, the 5's supposed to have a very color accurate screen, but the contrast ratio sucked and the light bleed could be really distracting at night or in dark rooms. Watching movies on the 6 is a pleasure for the eyes.

I mean, there are deals putting the 6 around $300... that's a STEAL. The phone can still hold its own with the stuff coming out now. Provided you can deal with the thing's dimensions.

Camera: Nexus 6 is much better. It has a lot less focus derps than the 5 and the pictures are much better overall.

How's the pure edition compared to the N6

I have both too. I prefer to carry the Pure and it seems to get better cell reception for me on VZW. I think my N6 may be my backup and house mini tablet for the near future.

Yes, we have the Play version. Why do you think is it better than the Style? Tell me, I could switch to it...
Here in Italy the Nexus 6 is about €450.

I think on most fronts it is better - jury is out on the battery life, I've been having very strange use case this week. Screen is quite a bit different, haven't fully decided which I prefer. Spec wise and design they're so similar and that carries over to software too. Camera is better on the Pure. If I had to choose only one, today it'd be the X Pure.

Slightly demure specs with a much bigger battery. I have a couple people that I chat with in Australia and Brazil rocking the Play and it is killing everything on battery life.

I think so. Had this phone for a month and it is awesome. I used various Samsung Android and apple iphones. This phone is not loaded with bloatware or customised skins that slow the phone down. My only issue is I wished they had more accessories like they do for the iPhone and Samsung flagship phones

Accessories like what? There'a a million things on ebay and amazon for the N6.

I never said that there wasn't many accessories. I was stating that Samsung and apple had more of a selection of accessories. For example certified car mounts and various cases for both vendors and third party vendors. Regardless of how many or where to shop this still an awesome phone with awesome features out the box.
