Is the Note 4's selfie camera better then the Note 3's?

Because the Note 3's front facing camera is EVEN WORSE then the main camera for lower lighting situation, especially indoor. EVERY single [language] shot I have tried to take with the front camera has ALWAYS turned out a [language] blurry mess, no matter how still I keep my hands or reduce the resolution.

I'm aware the optical stabile isnt on the Note 4 front camera but is it improved in anyway because im really sick of crappy self images.

I have taken a few without blur. I just don't move when snapping.

Yeah, this doesn't sound good at all now
