Hello All, I'm wondering if the original 360 is still worth getting? I have the Asus Zenwatch and I really like it but I'm looking for something different and would like to have the ambient light sensor and wifi since the Zenwatch doesn't support it. I would like the new 360 but I refuse to spend that much money for it when the internals are no different than my original Zenwatch and it's just as likely to be outdated as my Zenwatch if Google ever bumps up the requirements for Android Wear. Since the original moto 360 is so cheap now I won't mind it so much if its outdated in the next 6 months to a year. All opinions are welcome.

Recent sold price on Swappa is $106. I'd say for $125 or less it's a good buy. The battery life is only okay depending on the day and it can be a little slow sometimes. I've been eyeballing the new one but my sweet spot on the pricing on these is $150 since that's about what I'd spend on a normal watch.

I am asking myself the same question and I still haven't decided.
But I think it would be smart to get the old watch at the moment...

You will have to charge you watch on a daily basis anyways und the features (from a software perspective) are identical. So it's a little slower... but is it worth ~300$ extra?

Never had one before... Just bought the moto first edition since it's a lot cheaper so I can just get used to having android wear. If I love it I might upgrade to the newest in 6 months or so when it's cheaper and I can still get some good cash by selling the one I have now... After 2 weeks I really like it once I got past the hiccups of setting the thing up.
