Is the red trim dark "red", or slightly pinkish?

Looking at Motomaker options. I like the black back/red trim combo but just making sure the red trim is actually "red", since it looks like it may be slightly pinkish on the site, but can't really tell.

Depends on the lighting. In bright light, it can look more on the lighter side of red (sort of dark pink). In darker lighting, it looks very red.

You mean on the site, or do you have the red trim on your phone?

I posted, and I have it on my phone with a turquoise back.

It looked true red to me. I had a black one with red accents that I returned. It may look different next to other colors, but next to a black woven back and black front it was a true red. Not a dark red, not a light red. A medium true red. Very nice color.

Verizon has displays in their corporate stores so you can see the colors in person.
