Is the stock clock widget interactive? [S7 edge]

So, I have the stock clock widget on my home screen, but I'm used to it being interactive. By this, I mean that I should be able to tap the time and have it open the clock app which includes the alarm settings. I can't figure out how to do this and am assuming that the widget is not interactive.

Anyone know if I'm wrong and how to do this? Otherwise, what clock widgets do you guys use that are interactive? Also, it would be nice if it showed the time of the next alarm if it's set up. I don't need to have the clock app on my home screen just for that, but.....

Doesn't appear to be interactive. I downloaded the Google clock. It's widget is interactive and shows the next alarm.
