Is the Verizon Pixel 4 factory unlocked ?

I heard some rules may have changed where Verizon no longer factory unlocks their devices as of 2 months ago. Anyone else here this? Some said it must stay active for 30 days before uNlocked, some say u just leave the Verizon activated sim in overnight and it’ll automatically unlock, some say they’re unlocked out the box lol which one is it?

If you buy via Verizon the new rule is it'll automatically unlock without you needing to take any action after 60 days. I don't see why it'll be different for Pixel 4 purchased from Verizon. The same policy should apply.
