Is the volume rocker supposed to feel loose?

I just noticed today that my volume button feels like it gives a little and makes some noise when I jiggle it back and forth. Is this normal? I ask because the power button feels completely solid and does not move unless I press it.

On my Note it is the same ... I wouldn't worry.

Mine is solid.. if ur OCD about it maybe ask for an exchange but I wouldn't worry about it if it's working correctly. For example, my home button makes a weird noise when I touch it but I don't worry about it. As long as it works it's all good for me.

Mine is slightly loose as well. Not loose as in a problem loose by any means. It's still "firm" but I can see what you're saying. It's normal, not a concern at all, and probably the same on most.

Remeber, on forums, people will say "mines not loose!" because their definition of loose is different!
