Is there a Canadian build without Smart Manager built into it?

I'll change my csc to get it if there is, I want this thing gone from my phone. I have the SM-G900W8 with multi csc. So, is there a Canadian build that doesn't have it? Did the Telus build of MM leave it out? Or any of them?

I'm particularly annoyed by this "anti-virus" nonsense that's built into it. It doesn't ever update any virus definitions and all it does is link me to a page to buy their warez. I don't want them. And I sure as heck don't want anything powered by cleanmaster on my phone either. I see no reason for the entire thing to be on my phone. I want it gone. Like yesterday. I don't care about saving my battery. I have spares. I think that between the two of them, they may be the reason I keep getting stupid pop-ups telling me that I've visited porn sites I've never once visited. It's ridiculous. I hate garbage like this.

I don't think I have Smart Manager on mine. I'm on Bell (BWC). Is it a setting, or an app? How do I go about getting into it if it's on mine (I'm pretty sure it isn't).
