Is there a guide on how to port/sync contacts/notes/calendar from Windows Mobile?

I currently have a Touch Pro2 and will be getting the EVO shortly after it comes out. My main concern is will there be a way to easily transfer the following items listed below to Android:

-contacts
-calendar entries
-notes
-tasks
-call history
-text messages


With WinMO, i used Microsoft's My Phone and Best Buy's MIQ to synchronize/backup the above daily, what options are available with Android to accomplish that?

On the EVO I'd assume you'd use HTC Sync. They say it works like Activesync.

I'm switching from the Treo 800W so I'm in the same boat although I already use the Google Calendar sync to sync my Outlook calendar between my desktop and laptop computers to keep it matched up to the phone.

Yeah I need to sync my contacts to Gmail from my outlook, i'm a winMo device but don't have internet.
