Android Central Question

I recently purchased a pair of wireless earbuds (soundpeats q32) for my Pixel XL 2. I have read that there are known Bluetooth issues which are sporadic when it comes to the Pixel but I haven't experienced any issue - UNTIL now. I have followed the instructions thoroughly connecting these devices. Both devices work individually but when I sync them together, I am only hearing media out of the right head earpiece. Before connecting, I am able to sync them and I hear "connected" in both earbuds, but as soon as play music, I only receive it through the right earbud. Is there an additional setting I need to be aware of? Is the pixel 2 not compatible with this equipment?

I have followed the instructions to a T and like I said, individually - they both work. Now before anyone says, you are only supposed to have the right device paired, not both - I have done that. I am able to get them sync together but I am not getting media out of the left device. Please let me know what the deal is so that I can return these. I paid a lot for this phone and I expect it to have the same functionality with common accessories as any.

I have the same phone. I have both the Anker soundbuds surge and the Zolo Liberty+ and haven't had trouble with either. The Zolo ones sound like the same type of buds as the ones you're connecting

Did you sync them to each other or both to the phone? From my understanding, you don't pair the second wireless earbud to the phone, just the primary one. The phone streams to the right earbud, and the right earbud syncs to the left. At least that's how some other brands work. No experience of your specific model.
