Question Music - why?

Why does the Music app not see files below 60s or 100kb? And you have to change this default settings.
I struggled for DAYS to see my short files recorded with the Recorder, Music just wouldn't scan and see the files.

Who makes such decisions? This is idiotic.
And Android is full of such crap.

What file format are the audio files saved as, and what directory on the phone are they stored in? Use a file manager app to find them, and make sure there isn't a file called ".nomedia" in the same directory.
