Is there a reason for a Galaxy S3 to crash?

Galaxy S3 crashes

Dear,

friend of mine has a galaxy S3. Three days ago the phone started to crash " Unfortunately.process.com.android has stopped" and stuff like that. so I formatted the device.However, it still shows messages " Unfortunately.logsprovider.has stopped".

Is it a hardware problem or a software???

Most likely it's a software failure, since it shows some errors when it crashes.It could also be hardware, but the chance is very low.Go to a local phone dealer and ask them about the problem, they might be able to fix it.
