is there a setting to see full watch face with turn of the wrist like original gear?

Hello. You can choose option "show last display" - it's help you to show not black screen with white digits, but your watch face

I have a Gear S also, and the problem always exist with 3rd party downloaded watch faces, not the STOCK faces that come with the watch.

I also have the same issue

3rd party faces - flick wrist, and you get the black background with white numbers

Stock Faces integrated in device - Flick wrist, you get full faces on all of them that came with watch!:'''''''''(
