Is there a way of using s pen to write on a full page, with text recognised as you go along

There is a rectangular window at the bottom on the screen which you write on. Alternatively, you can write on the full page, but you then have to "lasso" the text and click recognise. It then recognises it in exactly the same way you have written. In other words it will not format it in one continuous line of text. In the old days of pocket PC you could write anywhere on the page with wondows mobile, and it would just add words to the end of the line that was being written. That's what I'm after.
