Is there a way to access Non-Mobile content?

On previous android phones, I had success using about:debug, but it seems like this doesn't do anything on the S4. For example, I wanted to listen to the livestream broadcast of a radio station in Buffalo: WGR 550 SportsRadio - Home of the Buffalo Sabres and the Buffalo Bills - Homepage V2 so I went to the site but it loaded the mobile version. I found the link to the Desktop version, but when I click listen live in the upper-right of the screen, instead of loading the livestream it forces the Google Play store open and tries to get me to open an App. When I open the App it tells me that since I'm not in Buffalo, NY I can't listen (LAME). So, Is there a way to mask the fact that I'm on a mobile phone from content providers on the internet?

Thanks in Advance, I have a feeling I'll be here often.
