Is there a way to change my Lock Screen to be like the SHIFT?

Currently using Widget Locker and not the happiest with it. I used a friends SHIFT the other day and sought of like the little arc on the bottom where you PUSH up to unlock. Anyway I can put that on the Epic? THANKS!

It's an HTC phone, so instead of TouchWiz is has Sense (which is why the lock screens are different). A Froyo port of Sense is almost to Alpha, so a working version is not too far off. Root access required, however.

Thanks for the reply, already rooted. Just trying to get a better lock screen, any advice? BTW, big thanks. I used the All in One return to Stock Rom, Root and Clockwork last night after thinking I bricked my phone, so far so good(knock on wood). Thank goodness for Titanium backup!

If you use widgetlocker you can add the sense unlock slider. Just open widget locker in tool mode then menu then add then on the next screen hit the drop down tab and select sense. You will just need to customize it the way you want.

OT a bit but I miss how on BB when the device was locked you could have it display your info. Helpful if lost, etc.

can't you flash the lockscreen from the shift onto your epic, i'm not the most knowledgeable on this so maybe check with one of them. but it if you get a hold of the "android.policy.jar" of the shift you should be able to flash it with one of the lockscreen roms

Just an update.

All the aftermarket apps are junk.
If you power off and on it it disables the info (but not the lockscreen) so if you ran out of juice and someone finds your device, it's worthless.

Update. I updated Widget Locker and they have a similar pull down bar to unlock, pretty much what I looking for.
