Is there a way to change the site Bixby Vision shopping uses?

I bought my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 overseas in order to get a better deal. The problem is the phone uses TaoBao as the default site for Bixby Vision Shopping. Is there anyway to change this? It seems like a useful function, but I can't really use it when I keep getting sent to a Chinese shopping site.
