is there a way to get VPNC widget to work?

It says this when i run the pre reqs:

Error: no access to TUN device!
Error: TUN device missing
Error/Warning: kernel has advanced routing disabled - cannot track dhcp ip during vpn session.

Sorry, the VPNC widget will not work on this phone.

Anyway to get around it, or is there a cisco vpn tool?

not sure bud. i dont have anything to vpn into. do a market search for vpn widget.

I was able to get VPNC to work by installin busybox from the market and installing the tun.ko module. I personally installed the module by updating to the xionia kernel but I don't think thats available for this phone. I know you can install it individually though

Hi, you need to be rooted to use the vpnc widget and be using a kernel that has tun support.
