Is there a way to hide the pics from your SIM card?

Hi I have some pics on my sim card. I noticed once I put it into my captivate I clicked gallery and it showed all of them. Is there an app or option to hide some pics that are already stored on ur sim card?

Just put the pictures in a file and put a period before the file name.

What an awesome tip. I have a bunch of skin icons and such that kept showing up in the gallery. Very annoying. This is a great way to keep these files from cludging up the view. +++++++

He means make a folder, not a file. If you make a folder with a period as the first character of the folder name then its contents will not show up in the gallery.

I did it Thanks so much for the advice. I had to figure how to show the hidden files but once I did I was good to go. Now photos for my eyes will remain that way *smug smile*

You click menu and it should have an option that says Show hidden and the file should appear with the pics.
