Is there a way to make android call through an access number/pin and pin or making a call?

I use Google voice (I use the app but don't like it) and calling card numbers that is like to use when harmony making certain calls.
Like I need to call an access number or make call through a with fine service before making a call and I don't want to be doing this everytime I met to make a call or make a contact because access numbers change.
Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! There's no way to make the stock Phone app dial using your calling service by default. You have to use the access number.

In the future, please proofread your posts, since that one was a bit confusing to read. It looks like there were a number of autocorrects, or possibly mistranscribed words while dictating.
