Is there a way to modify the displayed info on the incoming call screen?

I would very much like to enhance my incoming call screen, if it is at all possible. Firstly, in my language names are usually long and Android just cuts them off. I'd like them to use two lines when needed. Secondly, I would like to be able to display additional fields for contacts, such as company or just a note. Sometimes I have no idea who is calling even when I see the name.

Is there an app for that, or is there some hidden option that I can't find? My phone isn't rooted, and I'm running Android 8.1. Thanks for any help!
