Is there a way to mute a moto z from the notification bar?

I have a moto z play and one thing that has always bothered me is I cannot find away to mute the call from the notification bar. The only option is to hang up the call. Other phones, like Samsung allow the call to be muted with out having to be in the dialer app. Is this possible in Moto phones? Just find it a bit annoying that this is not an option.
