Is there a way to save a speadsheet like a web page?

I would like to put a spreadsheet (.xml) file on my home screen similar to how you can save a web page shortcut on a home screen. So that all I have to do when I want to open the spreadsheet is tap the file.

Is there a way to do this?

Go into your results, hit menu key, you will notice it says delete and export to csv and email.

Yes I can do that but how does that help me put a shortcut file on the home screen?

Not that I know of using Touchwiz. This can be done using Nova though.

Astro File Manager allows you to create custom shortcuts to files. I don't think it works with Touchwiz, but it should work in any launcher that allows you to add shortcuts. Just install Astro, long-tap on an open home screen, choose "Shortcut" from the Add to Home Screen list, choose Astro, navigate to the desired file and tap it. Shortcut to file is now added to your homescreen. I can confirm this works on Nova Prime launcher.
