Is there a way to see how many times an all has been opened?

My samsung s4 has been acting crazy ever since my ex bf snooped when I fell asleep. Wanted to see if there is a way to see what apps were opened and how many times??

Welcome to Android Central! App Usage Tracker can tell you how long apps have been used, but not how many times they have been opened.
