Is there a way to tweak the Touch Wiz themes no root

Found a theme I liked but wanted to tweak the colors. Was wondering if there was a way to this without rooting the device.

the only way i know how to adjust colors is by going to screen mode and picking a different mode, but that doesn't change it much, and it adjusts color throughout the device.

Yeah I wished it allowed us to literally change the accented colors throughout the device ourselves.
