I am currently rooted with no ota update(or MR1?) and I was wondering what the pros and cons between Root with MR1 and Root without MR1? Really what can you tell is difference from perfectly working HTC Thunderbolt to one with Update?
My device is great.My 3g is great. My sync is working fine. How improve can device really be if I see nothing wrong with my device?( (Pros and Cons with UPDATE)

I only ask because I have read alot of accounts people talking about the affects of the update to their HTC Thunderbolt with issues the update was suppose to fix. However I have not read to many people having the opposite where there device is fine before the update.
